What's this course like?
This course is offered in a blended or online format. Blended means it's 50% face-to-face and 50% online tasks; whereas the online is 100% computerized via Zoom, Google Docs and Classroom, from wherever you are.
Basically, the course is like a study group. We look into how language works within a great variety of topics, like science and health, technology, arts, history, contemporary issues, business, education and environment to mention a few.
What's really nice about this course is that it has no beginning or end. As long there is a group, we'll continue studying until you feel ready to take the exam. Some participants don't even think of taking the exam, but rather just enjoy the course as a way of brushing up their English speaking skills and practicing with other fluent speakers.
This course is personalized and taylor-made, for this reason, four has been the maximum number of participants in each group, with few exceptions.
